If experiencing a problem adding an item to the cart there a several different reason.

We currently only ship to the USA and Canada.

If you live in Canada make sure you use the dropdown menu option and change it to Canadian Dollars as well as the ship to option.

Make sure the item is in stock at time of purchase especially if you are returning to make the purchase and item is not saved in your cache from an earlier visit
It maybe a cookie problem: Your browser is incorrectly caching the cookie associated with your shopping cart. To fix it, go to your browser settings and clear your cookies, then close all of your open browsers before going back to the shopping cart and trying again.
First refresh the website page then try to make the purchase.
